abit unbelievable
esp the first series when i had like...2 eights within the first 5 shots?
less eights than usual, even less nines.

as usual a few pointers:
-short breaks between shots even when shooting gd shots. this means, recovery even Before bad shots occur.
-be very familiar with triggering before each n every shot. (dry firing on table hahaha!)
-dun ever be even tempted to cont shots tt are not confident of producing a gd shot. if tempted, it'll be a waste of energy (by lengthening the duration of holding the gun) and then decide to cont to shoot the shot instead cuz of not wanting to 'waste the shot'.
-breathe out more than normal breath. this will increase the amt of oxygen taken in and thus awaking effect. and at the same time, it's stress-relieving. haha
-have a fast-paced and slow-paced song on hand (i mean brain). change when shooting rhythm needs to be changed.
-confidence.....!!!

many conflicts and trouble goin on since i got back to cpf building.
perms vs temps, backstabbing, badmouthing, xiao dong zuos
and now arase is dismissed, w/o prior notice WTH
perhaps we r really overboard at times, but all these without a warning?

cant think of anything else to say for the time being. nites.

nationals was less exciting when you are not involved in it
but nevertheless i still feel that tensed up feeling when i see the juniors shoot, be it AI, NJ or National team.

guess i owe someone a treat (or is it $10?) and got a treat from someone else.
little boys ... sigh ... little boys ...
hahaha

the strength of apg is so great that, gold is still in our hands even if someone crashes.
and im soo proud of samtung for not giving up aft the blank and nt crying aft the shoot (nt like me haha)
and of cuz jen n xinhang for being bout to perform under stress
and the team for the great support they have given for them (as always ;)
overall <3333 apg to bits!

think im really gonna miss the days in the classification room.
sitting beside kenneth scanning the piles and piles of target cards
coaches gu and manzhen for the thumbs up/down with zhangjin/nigel, and the teresa teng songs
jodie and abigail playing and arguing..as thou they r in their own world lidat haha
zj with his random yet sometimes funny comments
and nigel with his suanings and painful shoulder massages Xl

oso the ROs, the jury-es, the funny incidences/stories that happened during e comp and the rubber band war.

goin back to cpf building on monday :(
ok la not v sad but seriously prefer the co job
and the pay is goooooood ;DD

i give ppl bad first impressions. and the best part is i duno bout it Xl

this thing bout me has actually been there since like...sec sch?
i speak to new ppl in sarcastic tones, as thou i know them very well. duno wat makes me think that they will not mind the way i speak.

weird thing is, as i noe ppl better, i use less of such tone to these ppl (or do i still do?)

oh my it's frustrating that i dun even noe myself and how i hold myself in front of others -.-

i shld put in more effort to watch how i speak.

these days;

i feel as though im constantly psychologically manipulated

im forced upon thoughts and opinions

and am forced to agree with them

from everywhere.

i will say my mind's tempted..really tempted to give way

but to who? to everyone actually.

and this is the trouble, cuz everyone's ideas are different

i need a stand. from myself
but with an brief idea of wat's happening ard me, i guess it'll take time

im practical. i need to see to believe.

actually, i think i have a stand alrdy, more or less
expressing it is the hard part.
