it's as though today's still 中秋节...nice moon outside my house

got totally owned by econs today
case study; diagrams drawn left unexplained
i forgot to bring my pencil n was using my pencil lead to draw diagrams
lol.
but luckily managed to get one b4 paper 2
essay; 1a is a total blank
but compensated that with some weird conclusions for 1b n 3b (which is actually not beneficial)
kinda proud of my 1b which is 3 pages full
answering elasticity qn is a flow
but if i couldnt even get 10/15 for tt i can happily kill myself
n wth eh! the gym was superr cold...i was literally n seriously vibrating
unfortunately my hands kena too....so my handwriting is more screwed than ever.

nth much to mention for chinese
just tt i wrote a saddist story for essay..whereby this gal working as a person who gives corpses makeup has to do makeup for his bf in the end
n paper 2, i was half tempted to write that 藤野先生 is a pedophile(as joannah always says ;)) when the qn asked to describe wat can we infer bout him in the text.

subway-ed with zr after tt (foot-long sandwich again woots!)
he was relentlessly complaining bout how sian mugging for exams is...lol

rejoice for the end of my languages n humanity papers! :D
n it's 6 days left! ;)

it feels great to have 2 whole feet flat on the ground,
after walking on court shoes for bout 8h.

south zone colours award ceremony today
nice to c ppl like amanda daniel yulin thyejie alice n justin around
well well...shooters rox :)
had dinner after tt with amanda n jodie cuz e buffet din provide much

we reached kinda early n got to wait for like 45min
so we (jo abel mark n me) did wat an njcian is expected to be doing: mug Xl
haha...e others around r either like stoning or chatting la
den the funnier thing is, after the ceremony abel n mark still have their eyes stuck onto their notes.
jo n me have to like urge them den they'll move (we were hungry Xp)
n we almost forgot bout photo-taking
so we rashed to the front n saw some njcanoeist leaving the hall
n we realised tt we have just missed the photo-taking!
LOL
yea so the photo for the njcian awardees dun have njshooters in it :(

s15 is funny...some of us (like joannah n max) only came to sch today just for double chem tutorial

"4.2 promotion to year two
...the student must obtain
a minimum of 1 'E' at the H2 level (include KI) and 2 'S' grades of which one 'S' grade must be a H2 subject. the other 'S' pass can be either H1 or H2 content subject
OR
a minimum of 1 'E' and 1 'S' in the H2 level and 1 'E' in GP

4.3 to offer more than the normal subject combination in Year Two
subject combination: 4H2 + GP
criteria: a minimum of 2 'D' and 2 'S' grades in the H2 level subjects"

i feel lucky
at least i will still be able to promote with 4H2 when i get a U for my GP
though my H3 hopes r dashed.

the most feared exams im going to take i suppose
studying hard to make sure i wun fail seems less motivating than to study hard for a high A

had a tennis craze with ailin today
haha
met her this morning at 7 to run from sch to adam road n back
then played tennis till 8+
met her after sch in the range n carried on for about 1h
haha...playing with someone who is only slightly better than me reduces tons of embarrassment...cuz both of us just can easily laugh at our lousy shots. :D

hmm this shant be happening
im supposed to make good use of my time :(

Economics by John Sloman is quite an interesting book to read
(if i wasnt forced to read it for exams)
though i eh...almost doze off at some parts
haha...
i like the way he explain how the market works
eg. why insurance companies r able to earn money by spreading risks over many clients
n how by buying insurance, u r actually lowering removing risks
i like how he use examples to talk bout econs concepts
easily understandable

n yepp, everyone is a gambler

happily skipped off for dinner at sakura today
just because pc has this $2 off voucher for buffet at sakura
so in the end it still cost..erm...$24?
LOL

alright, met up with pc, monkey, vj, jovin, jj n ben to eat at orchard
so long din have a buffet..eat till my stomach wanna burst
luckily we din play zhong ji mi ma as we always did

hmm so did abit of catching up n stuffs
jovin's being abit too 'sick' today
n ben made me feel so guilty talking bout all the chim bio phrases which i have heard of during lectures but have totally no idea what they are

it's nice to slack once in a while :)

it's great tt we can still talk normally,
n though i dun like u anymore,
ur eyes r just as special.

uh no uh no
half of the holidays have past and i have only touched abit of math! :(
sians...

did a simple calculation of the min score i have to get for each subject in order to pass it overall.
freak my common test results, as even if i get 50 marks this time round, i wun be able to pass the subjects
of cuz i would love to score all As for all my subjects, but at least if i flunk my paper badly, i would noe how much i should at least pray for :p

considering i get 50% for my VAs, for my promos i must score:
GP - 53.7%
math - 54.3%
chem - 52.0%
bio - 49.6%
econs - 56.9%
(im hack-caring my chinese for the time being :))

the targets seems low.. but i seriously fear that i cannot hit tt for econs
i wan to promote, i wan to keep my 4h2s

gonna go to realise em now--MUG!

finally found a way to post all e pics up in a slideshow

KL is quite fun after all
though not as fun as darwin..haha..

i have taken like alot alot of taxi trips in KL
only the way to the range have bus provided
n the taxi fare there is flat rate kind
so u can get to subang parade (bout the dist from island creamery to king albert's park) in diff prices from RM4 to RM8

had really good food there
the morning buffet provided by the hotel is nice
though it's quite sian to eat e same breakfast everyday
n tt i suspect the scrambled eggs there made me laosai on the 2nd last day
every nite we go out to have dinner at restaurants like sakae n secret recipe
(got a huge hole in the pocket)
though we had foodcourt food on the day before my comp

it was lihui's birthday on sat
we had a surprise party for her in her room
so so many ppl r around n we had fun taking pics and talking
haha hope tt she had fun :D

din really spend much time studying
cuz goin out of the room at nite

fri nite we went to jose's room to play cards
tsk tsk the rifle girls who din slp early as they have comp on the next day

sat nite had party at lihui's room n went to the lobby with rachel to use the internet using huan's mac
met coach fan on the way downstairs to the lobby
n it was like 11+pm alrdy
(oops got caught red-handed - for not slping)
so she was like asking us why we haven slp yet
n i was saying: we r sleepwalking...
haha
was like collating all the pw n leo emails when huan's mac suddenly turned off cuz there's no batt
yea n slpt at like 12 plus?haha..

comp on sunday
reached there kinda early cuz of the restricted timing of the bus to the range
so we were merely...slacking around
never had such a weird shoot ever
my shots r like 8,8,10,8,10....
so was quite disappointed cuz of all the 8s ive shot
thx coach fan for consoling me..she;s really v nice :)
watched APW open final 10 after tt
huijing really rock! shot her way to 2nd placing from 4th
her composure and her calmness and her 'steadiness' when she stood at e firing line n shot all the 9s and the 10s
omg i so so so admire her..haha...
played bowling with rachel at nite after dinner
kinda weird, only she n i were playing. lol.
went to visit coach's room n slpt there..

mon's e pistol boys comp
went down to the range still to support the boys
yea n went to midvalley mega mall in the afternoon n shopped
but din buy much cuz it's bout e same in sg
nevertheless i bought a pair of goggles (lol)
abigail got a pair of cool nike trackshoes for her trainings(not pistol training) in sss
had dinner at some super ex jap restaurant which make sushi (e rice part) out of machine -.-
n had erm abit laosai (it's before the dinner haha)
went back to the hotel n we(rachel abigail n me)played card games with isaac n mark in their room (abel was slping)

went swimming in the morning with rachel
sad couldnt go to competitor's pool cuz we were wearing shirts n shorts
den survived 10min in the sauna..it was so steamy tt the whole room couldnt be seen n it was kinda hard to breathe in there
had breakfast tgt with jose n the guys
went to play billard tgt...which is like tons harder than pool
couldnt even complete a game in an hour

packed n to the range to collect guns n to sg

just a random tot:
i had this feeling tt abigail has this really competitive mind
the nite b4 the comp, i haerd abit of her conversation with her mom
she was like saying: dun say le la, the more u say it the more i'll think of it.
before tt she was talkin to her mom bout this democratic system of this comp, whereby only a person from each country can get an indv medal for an event
yea n she was like keep expressing how lousy she was after her shoot n says tt rachel n me will definitely have shot better than her
she looked kinda sian when the results came out too.

somebody pls tell me tt im thinking too much
