yesterday was another good training session for me
no counting of scores but the grouping's rather close to thursday's
wat's so good bout tt session, is tt i started off my 25 1-shot-per-card quite badly
8s and 9s here n there
but i managed to pull it off nicely in the end
the way tt im able to recover is wat makes me happy :)

scored for ntt monthly
glad tt alex's going up again
569 with one unfinished shot :)
had fun trying to feed the final 10 cards into the reader machine
haha
helped with the packing of cards for nats for jose
but almost screwed up by packing the unwanted sighter cards into the comp cards..lol
saw the detailing list for nats with all the names! too bad i dun have a thumbdrive then to save it

went for a haircut
not done by aunt but by carol
not too bad as well :)

the way to yishun from btpanjang is nice
like lookin at the trees and trees and trees

tried to sit and stand really straight today
need some effort and it's aching
but making the effort still

gonna start making items for those shooting for nats
got an idea of wat to make but i muz learn how to make it first!

just checked the last yr's nats scores for a div rifle boys n confirmed:
ranking for teams with the same team score will be determined by the addition of the last series-s of the 3 shooters

went to je lib to mug with xh
had abit of flu cuz slpt damm late the nite before and then slpt damm early last nite
but it's kinda cured after lunch
food cures me...hahaha...
spent bout $7.65 eating lunch
unavoidable when im with xh who can eat as much Xp
and spent like 1h+ eating...lol..
studied till like 4+pm

went to safra after tt
on the way in the mrt i slpt n woke up at yck -.-
went home n den back to safra after oj finished his 'detail'
if u wanna know bout how many students zhang has, go down to safra range after 5.30pm on saturdays before nats..haha

talked to oj abit
wun blame him for trying out for aj dsa though
he was feeling so depressed then
n well...advised him n stuff
just hope tt he wun do things tt he'll regret..tt's all.

mugged at kap in e morning today with gen
her fren biqing joined us later at almost 1
had lunch den left to train

met fiona n feli on 852
they r a pair of funniest shit ever
n spastic fiona and her farting feat
heh

training was bad
clouded with the wrong tots
keep thinking tt i have to shoot 1 shot by shot
and test how many 10s i can go
and seeing wenfang's cards arent making me feel any better
it has been some time since ive seen her train
her improvement was tremendous

the problem is
i focused too much on one factor,
n neglect the other
tt is y though i had put in extra effort to keep my sights rite
i still couldnt perform my shots well
and there was a period of time when i almost 'duno how to shoot', as chris calls it
n of cuz, i panicked more than ever. i always tot tt once u had the standard n experience, u wun shoot any worse than usually even on a bad day.
perhaps i was wrong.
but luckily at the end of training i managed to get back to normal form

lessons of the day:
actions r to be done as a whole
never worry bout score or grouping, it's more impt tt action is executed normally
when my hand tends to shift left when triggering, allow right foot to move backwards abit

recalling an funny incident on tues....
leonard n i were looking at nats detailing list n talking bout it.

and i dun like adults to be watching me when i shoot

had a nap just now after tuition
had a nice dream.
it was all bout him. surprisingly, we were on some overseas trip with some nyt/ntt frens. duno where im oso but my first qn to myself when i woke up was: is tt vietnam?

doing some dangerous things like sitting at e table in e restaurant which is in mid air

-i cant do 10s. cuz after too many 9s..e tot of getting 10 for e next shot is too intense for my own good. so i keep hitting 9s.
-my sights r blurred n fuzzy. din sleep well last nite
-my trigger froze. couldnt estimate trigger moment at all. like i dunno my trigger at all. shot a 7.1 in e process.
-i was starting to shoot ok during mid-3rd series. until i realise coachfan was observing me. my trigger froze again.

i din get to know, but thinking bout it, maybe it's true
the first team thing is cruel, there r only 4 places
but well...e world's cruel. Xl

i'll have to accept tt hard work put in may not equals to e same amt of returns
which i strongly believe in and try to work towards.

last day of training camp
trained abit
den went to eat lunch with apg and senior auntie meiting at ngeeannpoly
the jap food's not bad, though the tofu's not
and the ice kachang there is only 60c! not v big serving but quite worth it
haha
met jiamin there..

after tt meiting talked to us n stuff at some space
though it's kinda not-so-quiet, with the band ppl playin all around
but really learnt alot from her
her experiences and attitude towards competition
is sth tt we should really learn from
thx for e sharing! :D

went down to safra
range was super packed (only get to c this in june haha)
cant train
played pool on billiard table which is super tough lol
finally got to train at like 6pm
den had dinner with some of the guys at swenson's
dexter's idea cuz he wanna treat me and since he has a $20 voucher anw
haha
so i got free swenson's tonight..heh

tio grounded during 2nd day of training camp
haha
din manage to do much work anw

feel v bad towards my tutor
cuz i always never do essays for him to mark

first day of training camp was quite interesting
the basketball thingy tt a.low played for us was really amazing
to catch up by 10 points in less than 1min
tt guy just keep scoring 3 pointers
mental damm good lol
and their tactic really rock
haha

1st time in my life tt i trained 2 times in a day
using more than a hundred pellets
it's really tiring lol

din really to mug
slpt and looked ard during mugging time
lol

movie tt nite was 'man of honour'
think i watched it somewhere before
cuz i rmbed the part whereby the capt cut up the bag of tools and threw it into to sea for the lead character to look for them
but strangely din rmb the part bout e leg being cut off
it's truely inspiring
though it seems so impossible

went home with dad n slpt
sorry tt i din talk much cuz i was really tired

friday was g.lee's farewell
the buffet's nice..heh
the video's funny and sweet
hope tt he'll be happy n himself, wherever he goes

after tt had mac's with some of the apg
talked alot..haha.....
got this bomb-like prezzie from dad n mum
they r really cute can
gave me 9 pairs of socks cuz im 18 (so 9 pairs=18socks) and cuz i asked for socks

9 days in msia
relax to the max
haha...

first day was spent traveling to kl
meet at safra and 7.30 and reached kl hotel at like 6 plus in the evening
lol
had dinner at secret recipe which i kinda missed
nice food but not-so-nice drinks and soup
and pooled after tt

the next 5 days have been training in the morning
lunch
then lecture
train load was not more than how much i train here
though by the end of training 4 days in a row
my mock comp in the 5th day was bad cuz my arm's hurting
[ok my physical is weak..haha..]
learnt alot from e lectures
1st it was comp plan by eddielim
then techniques and shooting rhythm by fan, gai and edmund
fan's 盯死平正，放开描区，大胆击发, 力量保持
gai taught bout breathing and visualisation
and edmund's shooting rhythm
sad for those non chinese cuz gai and fan's lectures are in chinese
gun knowledge by tanbc
got him to help to fix nj's lp2-s if possible:)
rules and regulations by eddielim (which is pretty long........)
lastly debrief

have been going out to midvalley mall everyday
cuz e hotel's like just beside the shopping mall
haha
watched narnia and indiana jones for 2 of the nites cuz ticket prices are simply cheap
mugged for only 2 hours in one of the afternoons at coffee bean with the guys
half of the time i was using christopher's laptop to check and reply emails
lol
shopped for 2 days
had vodka on the day before we left for genting and played asshole diadi
realised that dexter cant hold liquor well
not more than half a cup of vodka can make him go super red and scold like 30 vulgarities in 15min
chris drank quite alot and went extremely gigglish
lol

alice's a nice roommate
though we dun go out tgt after training and stuff
we like to have a little chat tgt before we slp and have breakfast tgt

went around kl on the 6th day
shopped around twin towers for awhile
(damm din know that there do sell crumpler tt is cheaper than sg's)
had lunch at some restaurant sponsored by eddielim
haha
den up to genting

played pool
had pizza hut
the guys gathered in my room to finish up the half-finished vodka
played asshole diadi
n now we know jiaqi cannot take liquor well oso
he went super red
slp in his room and vomited on his bed w/o realising it

8th day spent the whole morning at the theme park
shermaine, jiaqi, gai and fan makes a family and went in on family package price
lol

the free fall thingy was the scariest of all
and tt's the first ride i took
wa seh, the feeling of helplessness when the seat just keep going up
to like 60m of height
the 14s waiting time at the top before we plunged all the way down
and of cuz, the fall itself
it's freaking scary >.<
the rest of the rides are more of exciting than scary

slpt in the room during late afternoon
skipped lunch for buffet in the evening sponsored by eddielim again
hahas :D
the buffet is really nice
then played cards again in my room
though not everyone came cuz too tired

jianhuan came for the first time
in her 'sexy clothing'..haha...
she almost tot she came to the wrong room when chris opened the door for me
lol

arthur's super weird for the first time
his sudden craze over a certain her was really funny
me: if u dun wan me to call u ri boy, wat should i call u den?

and there's another one

at midnite
got a small mountain climbing bag from sam shermaine eunice alice and huiwen
and abel sang birthday song, in his tired tone
haha

last day was spent going back to sg
the expressway canteen seems so much cleaner and free of flies
yay haha
watched 200punds beauty and white chicks on the way back to sg
haha shiok
got a pack of chewing gums from bocan....lol

checked in weapons at safra
the girls got a cake for me and it was damm malu
cuz the whole lobby were like singing birthday song for me
haha
got a wallet from huimin vanessa beverley and manda
and a cute teddy bear from jianhuan

went home and had cheese cake
